Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information 247-Keto collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies when you use this English-language site for a United States audience.

Information we collect
- Cookieless Ahrefs analytics. We use Ahrefs Web Analytics on the live website to understand aggregate visits and improve the site. It loads when a page opens, before and independently of your Google Analytics cookie consent choice. It uses no cookies or persistent identifiers. It processes page URLs, referrers, browser and device information, language, approximate country or city, and common website interactions such as outbound link clicks and form submissions.
- Cookieless Vercel analytics. Vercel Web Analytics measures page views when a page loads and when you move between pages. It runs before a Google Analytics cookie choice and does not set analytics cookies. Before a page-view event is sent to Vercel, this site removes query strings and fragments from the page-view URL. Vercel may process the page path, referrer, approximate location, and browser and device details for aggregate site statistics.
- Optional Google Analytics. If Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is configured and you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner, Google may receive page-view, browser, device, approximate-location, and network information through its tag. The site does not load that tag before that choice. The tag is configured for analytics only, with advertising storage, ad-user data, and ad-personalization signals denied.
- Newsletter sign-ups. No newsletter endpoint is currently configured, so the site does not show an email field or collect newsletter addresses. If sign-ups open later, this policy and the signup form will identify the delivery provider and how the submitted address is used before collection begins.
- Tool inputs. Calculators and the shopping-list builder run in your browser. The meal template builder also processes its settings and any imported preference file in your browser. It does not upload the file, use local storage, or save a generated plan automatically. Calculator inputs, including body measurements and glucose or ketone values, are not saved to local storage or uploaded to 247-Keto. The shopping-list tool saves only your checked items in local storage so the list can be restored. If you choose “Remember this question” in the tool chooser, it saves only the selected question's known ID in this browser; it does not save an answer, free text, or a health value. You can remove that choice with “Forget saved question.” Anyone using the same browser profile may see these saved tool choices; clear this site's browser data to remove them.
- Reading progress. If you choose to mark an article complete, the site stores only the completed page paths in this browser's local storage. It does not save a name, account, health detail, reading time, or completion timestamp, and it does not send reading progress to 247-Keto or to an analytics provider. You can clear it from My guide or through your browser's site-data controls.
Cookies, local storage, and analytics choices
We use browser storage for necessary site functions, such as theme preference, checked shopping-list items, an optional saved tool-question ID, and—only when you use it—reading-completion paths. When optional Google Analytics is configured and you set a preference, we store one small local choice recording whether Google Analytics was accepted or rejected. This choice is not an account, health profile, or cross-site identifier.
Google Analytics is optional. If you reject it before it has loaded, this site does not load GA4 or send its tag request. If you withdraw a previous consent, we disable future GA4 measurement, remove the managed GA script, and try to clear its cookies; withdrawal cannot undo requests already sent. This choice does not control cookieless Vercel Web Analytics or Ahrefs Web Analytics. We do not send calculator values, health measurements, or reading-progress data as custom analytics events.
The cookie banner controls Google Analytics only. Rejecting or withdrawing that consent does not stop cookieless Ahrefs Web Analytics or Vercel Web Analytics. You can block analytics scripts with your browser or a content blocker.
Ahrefs Web Analytics
Ahrefs states that it discards raw IP addresses without storing them in its database or logs. It uses an IP address and browser user agent with a salt renewed every 24 hours to count daily unique visitors. This does not create a persistent identifier across websites, devices, or days. The standard script sends page URLs, including query strings and fragments when present, and interaction URLs; we do not attach calculator inputs, health measurements, or reading-progress data to analytics events. Ahrefs may use anonymized aggregate data for studies and service improvements. See its Web Analytics data documentation and Privacy Policy.
Vercel Web Analytics
Vercel provides our site hosting and cookieless Web Analytics. Its page-view measurement runs without a GA4 consent choice and uses a request-derived hash for visitor counting. Vercel says visitor sessions expire after 24 hours. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy information.
Google Analytics 4
GA4 is provided by Google. Google processes data under its own Privacy Policy. Its handling of data, including any international processing, is governed by Google's terms and settings. 247-Keto does not use the site tag for remarketing, personalized ads, or a user account/profile.
Third-party links
We link to research papers, government sources, brands, and other websites. Those sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies; this policy does not cover their collection or use of information.

Your choices
You can browse without providing an email address and, when GA4 is configured, accept or reject it and reopen that preference here at any time. The GA4 choice does not turn Vercel Web Analytics on or off, or control Ahrefs Web Analytics. You can block analytics scripts, block or clear browser storage, clear reading progress from My guide, and remove locally saved shopping-list items through your browser's site-data controls. If newsletter sign-ups open later, every message will identify the provider and include an unsubscribe method.
United States privacy scope
This site is designed for an English-language United States audience. Privacy rights and definitions can vary by state and by a visitor's circumstances. The site has no user accounts and does not ask visitors to enter health information into analytics. The browser controls above are available to all visitors regardless of location.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page and its effective date will be updated.
