Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information 247-Keto collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies when you use this English-language site for a United States audience.

Information we collect
- Optional usage analytics. If Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is configured and you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner, Google may receive page-view, browser, device, approximate-location, and network information through its tag. The site does not load that tag before that choice. The tag is configured for analytics only, with advertising storage, ad-user data, and ad-personalization signals denied.
- Newsletter sign-ups. No newsletter endpoint is currently configured, so the site does not show an email field or collect newsletter addresses. If sign-ups open later, this policy and the signup form will identify the delivery provider and how the submitted address is used before collection begins.
- Tool inputs. Calculators and the shopping-list builder run in your browser. The meal template builder also processes its settings and any imported preference file in your browser. It does not upload the file, use local storage, or save a generated plan automatically. Calculator inputs, including body measurements and glucose or ketone values, are not saved to local storage or uploaded to 247-Keto. The shopping-list tool saves only your checked items in local storage so the list can be restored. Anyone using the same browser profile may see that list; clear this site's browser data to remove it.
- Reading progress. If you choose to mark an article complete, the site stores only the completed page paths in this browser's local storage. It does not save a name, account, health detail, reading time, or completion timestamp, and it does not send reading progress to 247-Keto or to an analytics provider. You can clear it from My guide or through your browser's site-data controls.
Cookies, local storage, and analytics choices
We use browser storage for necessary site functions, such as theme preference, checked shopping-list items, and—only when you use it—reading-completion paths. When optional analytics is configured and you set a preference, we store one small local choice recording whether analytics were accepted or rejected. This choice is not an account, health profile, or cross-site identifier.
Analytics are optional. Rejecting analytics keeps GA4 from loading and sends no GA4 tag request from this site. Accepting analytics allows GA4 to measure ordinary site use; it does not cause the site to collect calculator values, food choices, medical context, or reading-progress data as analytics events.
Google Analytics 4
GA4 is provided by Google. Google processes data under its own Privacy Policy. Its handling of data, including any international processing, is governed by Google's terms and settings. 247-Keto does not use the site tag for remarketing, personalized ads, or a user account/profile.
Third-party links
We link to research papers, government sources, brands, and other websites. Those sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies; this policy does not cover their collection or use of information.
Your choices
You can browse without providing an email address and, when optional analytics are configured, accept or reject them and reopen those preferences here at any time, block or clear browser storage, clear reading progress from My guide, and remove locally saved shopping-list items through your browser's site-data controls. If newsletter sign-ups open later, every message will identify the provider and include an unsubscribe method.
United States privacy scope
This site is designed for an English-language United States audience. Privacy rights and definitions can vary by state and by a visitor's circumstances. The site has no user accounts and does not ask visitors to enter health information into analytics. The browser controls above are available to all visitors regardless of location.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page and its effective date will be updated.
